Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on Typegrove, a brand and business extension of Nick DiRamio Productions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies to Typegrove Pro subscriptions and any other paid plans, products, or services offered through the Typegrove website, applications, tools, and related services (the "Service").
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Typegrove Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
The 30-day window starts on the date of your first payment. Renewal payments on an existing subscription are covered by the renewal terms in section 2 below.
2. Subscription Renewals
Typegrove Pro is a recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@typegrove.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend (for example, you forgot to cancel before the renewal date), contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will work with you in good faith to issue a refund or credit, subject to applicable law and the terms of our payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund
Our payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Typegrove orders. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@typegrove.com with your order ID or the email address used at checkout, and we will help process your refund with Paddle.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. What Is Not Covered
The 30-day money-back guarantee in section 1 covers the initial purchase of a subscription plan. The following are not eligible for a discretionary refund outside of the rights described above or as required by law:
- Charges older than 30 days from the initial purchase, except where required by applicable consumer law;
- Accounts terminated by us for material breach of our Terms of Use, including fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service;
- Promotional credits, free trials, or non-monetary benefits.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including any statutory right to a refund or to withdraw from a contract. Where local law grants you a longer or more favorable refund right, that right applies.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will apply only to purchases made after the change takes effect.
