Typegrove respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it;
- your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Riverside County, California, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
